Pittsburgh residents can enjoy world-class dining with a local flair at Restaurant ECHO, a stylish dining destination in Cranberry Township. Restaurant ECHO serves European-influenced New American cuisine featuring locally grown produce, locally raised animals, and hand-crafted breads, pasta and sauces. The restaurant menu features several ala carte options as well as a five-course tasting menu.   Designed to evoke a sophisticated, modern vibe, ECHO Bistro features a towering white-on-white fireplace. Chic couches and chairs provide comfortable seating for patrons to enjoy more than 40 beers as well as specialty cocktails and appetizers. The bistro menu features casual fare in a relaxed environment.

Brian Hammond
Executive Chef & Owner
Restaurant ECHO's fresh, seasonal menus are created by Executive Chef and owner Brian Hammond, whose experience includes dining rooms in Michelin-starred restaurants. Most recently, Hammond worked in Chicago with chefs Grant Achatz (Alinea) and Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill/ Topolobampo) where he served as a chef de partie and private dining head chef.
Chris O'Brien
Chef de Cuisine
Restaurant ECHO's Chef de Cuisine is Chris O’Brien, who has 19 years of experience as a chef in the hospitality industry, 13 of which were as executive chef at the Hyeholde Restaurant in Moon Township. Chris' relationships with local purveyors have been instrumental in securing raw food product for Restaurant Echo. In 2009, Chris was honored with the Pennsylvania Governor's Award for Excellence in the Culinary Arts for his commitment to using locally sourced foods, educating the public and creating expressive culinary works.
